Catering From the Heart! We offer custom, on-site barbecue and gourmet catering for weddings, events, and parties. All of our food is prepared from scratch. We make homemade rubs to season our food to perfection and specialize in smoking meats, and barbecuing. However, we also offer a great variety as well. For example, we offer smoked salmon, pastas, tri-tip, beef burgundy, grilled margarita chicken, creamy chicken Alfredo, gourmet salads, and a heavenly selection of side dishes and desserts. We also custom tailor menus to meet our clients' needs. Ask us about our food tastings for up to 4 people. Book early and save your date.

We attended a wedding where Cowboy Bar-B-Q catered and it was the best BBQ we've had! Everything tasted homemade- from the BBQ sauce to the rolls. If you're looking for catering for your wedding or event, this food will impress anyone. I'm gluten free and Brenda (the owner) was even able to tell me what was gluten free and how she prepares it separately. I was able to eat delicious food without the fear of it not being gluten free. There were even Vegan and vegetarian options. Brenda and her husband, Mark, were so personable, you would have thought they were family of the wedding couple. You can tell by the food and the personalization that Brenda and Mark take pride in what they do and what they do is make delicious homemade BBQ!
