Performance Terms: The performance of this agreement by Manutea Nui E and customer are subject to acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), government authority, acts of warfare, serious illness or other casualty, embargo, strike, airline delays or cancellations, traffic accidents or any other cause beyond the control of the parties, any of which make it illegal or impossible to perform this agreement as stated. Clause: If provider fails to show at the agreed upon date and time due to other reasons not stated above, customer shall receive a full refund
