| The flexible space found in our comfortable community rooms is ideal for church services, reunions, wedding receptions, homeowner's association meetings, and birthday celebrations. Rooms feature an adjacent kitchen equipped with warming oven, refrigerator, microwave, icemaker, and sink. Book your event early; the first party to reserve the half community room gets use of the kitchen. Ask about renting an optional stage or dance floor for your event for only $100 each. |

| SMALL PAVILIONS - Resident Rate: $35/hour (2 hour minimum); Non-Resident Rate: $45/hour (2 hour minimum). Rates shown are hourly, (two hour minimum required) and include a facility attendant. Events may require public safety officers, athletic field lighting and damage deposits for an additional fee. Rates are subject to change; please verify current rates with facility staff. Rental time must include time for set-up, the event and clean-up. Ask our helpful staff about special nonprofit rates (proof of nonprofit status is required).
