Caterers and Event Companies are allowed at the facility in the event they provide a copy of their liability insurance with a minimum of 1,000,000 liability, must list Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners as additional insured on the policy as well as the certificate holder. A copy of this insurance must be received in the office a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the event. No alcohol is allowed.
