At our beautiful and very intimate facility we offer a very attractive Party Package of 6hrs of rental which includes setting up and breaking down. It also includes your choice of black or white table linens and cleanup. We have a large prep area which is equipped with a full freezer, a refrigerator freezer and a microwave that allows you and your caterer to set up for your party . Clients are allowed to bring in their own food at no extra cost. This package is for Friday and Saturday only. On Sundays and week days it is $50 less.
Terms and Conditions
Term and conditions: 1. Security Deposit A Security Deposit of $200 is required in addition to the required deposit and is payable with the final balance 30 days prior to the event. Security Deposit is fully refundable if no damage occurs during the rental period. This Deposit will be refunded within one week after the event date. This Deposit is a separate cost and does no applied to the rental cost. 2. Cancellation Policy If an event is cancelled after booking a penalty of $300 will be imposed. If and event is cancelled 60 days or less prior to the event a penalty of 50% of the total rental cost will be imposed. If an event is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the event a penalty of 100% of the rental will be imposed. 3. Alcohol If you desire to serve alcohol at the event there is a mandatory Alcohol Fee of $50, Security presence a the cost of $30 per hour and a Licensed Bartender also at $30 per hour. Alcohol may not be served to any guest under the age of 21. 4. Method of Payment Cash, Personal Checks, Company Checks and Money Order All payments must be made in office. There is a $30 fee for all return checks 5. Additional Rental Hours Additional rental hours are available for purchase at $80 per hour 6. Final Payment All accounts must be satisfied within 30days of the event

I used Little Roses Banquet hall for my Family Reunion in July , Mrs. Neal was very professional and helpful, she made sure everything was perfect for my event, the hall is very nice with a prep kitchen.
