Created for the bride who wants a hands-on role in her planning with our professional assistance to guide her.
- Includes initial consultation with the bride and groom, complimentary
- Unlimited phone and email availability during business hours (9am-8pm)
- Unlimited planning meetings between clients and planner
- Monthly email reminder of what needs to be accomplished that month.
- Provide a list of preferred vendors as needed for the bride to set appointments with
- Assist with creating and maintaining a realistic budget any payment schedule for all vendors
- Assist with selecting a style, color scheme, and theme of the wedding
- Assist with selection, wording and ordering of save the dates, invitations, programs, etc.
- Rehearsal Coordination (coordinated with officiate) up to two hours
- Oversee your ceremony and reception up to 10 hours addressing any issues that may arise so that you and your family can relax and enjoy your special day!
