The Event Spot @ MDF Studio is located in Marietta, GA in the heart of West Cobb County near Town Center Mall immediately off of Interstate 75 or 575m but we also have several other locations throughout the Atlanta Metro Area. Under the auspices of Nu Epps, CEO & Founder of Esyntial Elements Event Consulting, Inc., our Event Spots bring fresh perspective, professional planning, and modern ideas to every event hosted on the premises. We allow outside food and alcohol as long as the security, cleaning, and damage deposits are paid.

| For this package, the client must bring food and beverage and all items for decor. Upon booking guidelines will be furnished. Should a client opt to include decor, food, dJ, and a photographer the package will be $1275. |

| A minimum of $250 or 50% of the facility rental; whichever is greater is due at the time of booking to reserve the event date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date and flex pay installments are available upon request. If an event is in less than 30 days, 50% is due at booking and the balance is due 7 days before the event. |

| This is our basic teen or adult party package that includes 4 hour use of any event spot managed by our firm 8pm to12am or 9pm to 1am, tables, chairs, Level 1 DJ for live mixing your favorites tunes, Level 1 lighting, event security, custom invitation design and save the date card creation. This package requires clients to provide food and beverages for guests. Package price does not include $200 refundable damage deposit. |
Deposits & Payments ? For all events, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking; and, the
entire balance of event expense is due 30 days (4wks) before the
event. ? No date will be held without a deposit. ? MDF Studio Administration must approve all decorations and/or
displays being brought into the facility (before delivery). We prohibit the attachment of items to any wall, floor, window or ceiling with nails, staples, or any other surface-penetrating items. Rice, birdseed, confetti, glitter, paint, glue, etc. are not allowed.
? Upon request, Esyntial Elements is able to provide assistance with Disc Jockey Service, Photographer, Minister, Wedding Stationary & Favors, Decorating (ice sculptures and chair covers), and Limousine services (for additional fees).
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% deposit is required at the signing of the contract. If a client decides to cancel the event at the Studio WITHOUT rescheduling, the deposit will be forfeited. Cancelations within in 72 hours of booking with no intent of rescheduling will be refunded in full.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & SERVICE CHARGES:
? 20% Gratuity and 6% sales tax will be added to all invoices. ? Outside Catering Use will result in a $125.00 Cleaning Fee ? Final guest numbers must be finalized and provided to the MDF
staff no later than Fourteen (14) days before the event. ? We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American
Express. ? A fee of $50.00 will be charged for all returned checks and all
additional payments must be made with cash, money orders or credit cards.
BAR SERVICE OPTIONS:
BYOB Bar: $300.00 fee – For the duration of the event, The Studio will provide bar staff, ice, cups, cocktail napkins and stirrers. Client is responsible for providing his/her own UNOPENED alcohol and chasers. Mixed drinks must be made onsite by the licensed hired Bartender. * NOTICE: BYOB Bar service requires additional security and will be billed accordingly based on the number of guest in attendance.
COCKTAIL SERVICE
For groups of 20 people of less, you may arrange for cocktail service, instead of having a full bar set up at your event. Fee is $75.00 for a cocktail server for three hours to serve drinks supplied by the client to tables or VIP Booths. |
