I would not hesitate to book this venue again! The facility coordinator is everything you want and need to assist you with pulling all aspects of your event together. Extremely professional and accommodating; she went out of her way to listen to and meet my needs. The venue was simply beautiful the night of my event and my guests were impressed with the attention to detail and the service of the onsite staff. Kudos Gala! You rock!!
Gala is a great venue for a wedding. The grounds are beautifully green in the spring and summer and the outdoor chapel looks wonderful when decorated with just a few flowers and accents. The entrance walk way has room for pictures giving a nice touch as the guest can review some of the couples relationship and family times before they are seated for the ceremony. It was very convenient to have a choice of three caterers or our own, we went with Savory Plate and were very happy. Our wedding co-ordinator Kitty did a great job keeping things flowing and was happy to accommodate a few last minute changes. My wife and I are very happy, and would chose Gala again!
From the moment we first saw this venue with Kathi, to leaving on our wedding night, we loved the entire experience. Kathi really made the process smooth and simple, so we could focus on the various other details planning our ceremony and reception. Our wedding coordinator provided by Gala Events Facility was wonderful as well. She was very professional and receptive to our requests and making sure we were taken care of during the entire event.
I highly recommend The Gala. Kathy the event coordinator really wants to see every bride happy on their day. During the whole process of planning she was very helpful. My wedding day was beautiful. The food was delicious and decorations were so pretty. Everyone is still telling me how wonderful our wedding was. I look back at pictures and I smile.
the gala was simply amazing I received great discounts on a lot of things they let me open my mind and come up with amazing details for my wedding and help me accomplish it the day of Kathy was absolutely amazing she made sure that everything went as planned. I recommend the gala to anyone in their event.
From the beginning stages of planning to the very end, the team at the Gala was wonderful! They were flexible, patient, and highly organized. They provided great insight when asked and let us have autonomy when needed. They took a lot of the stress out of wedding planning. They have a vendor for everything you need. You just have to pick one and they were all fantastic! It felt all inclusive and completely customizable all at the same time. We will definitely use this facility again for our event needs.
I absolutely loved Kathi at Gala Events Facility. I am glad I went with my gut and got an all-inclusive venue. It was definitely worth it. I loved the personal meetings we would have with Kathi explaining our vision and walking around the venue and setting things up to get a better picture of what everything would look like the actual day. The venue itself was beautiful and just the right size for our 100 guests, but it will not fit more comfortably if you want to have more. The food was excellent though I admit, I was not paying the most attention to it (I was on cloud 9). But at the tasting, the in-house vendor they had was professional and everything tasted great. I will definitely be going to their offsite restaurant to celebrate one of our month anniversaries soon. We had a snafu the day of the wedding, because our coordinator did not appear to have all the information she needed. It did not ruin the evening, but it was frustrating as Kathi had been prepared very well, but it was not her coordinating, but another woman who was lovely, but again, not as prepared. But I give a great rating, because after I explained the situation (after the honeymoon) to Kathi, she was very understanding and offered to help fix everything in anyway. That's the type of service I like. It's not a perfect world, but right now, everything sure feels perfect. :)
My mom is still talking about her surprise party From day one, Ms. Kathi and her staff was helpful and accommodating. This was our first time planning a party. Ms. Kathi was willing to work with me and make adjustments where she could to suit my needs. The day of the party, i was so nervous because I wanted everything to run smooth. Ms. Kitty made our party run so smooth. She made sure I was ok and told me everything would be fine. Everything I needed and wanted she was right there. I give you a +A Ms. Kitty. Even down to the cook, Billy you did your thing honey. My cousin still talking about your wings. We planning to come see you Billy. Thank you Mr. Gary for sharing Billy and your staff. I also want to thank Ms. LeAnn and her staff on those beautiful cakes. I had a lot of great feed back on the facility, food, and cake. I have some upcoming events so you will hear from me again. Amazing staff and a great facility!! We absolutely loved planning for our daughters Sweet Sixteen Party with Kathi and Gala Events. She was so helpful and kind, and did an excellent job. The facility is clean and beautiful. It was so nice to find a reasonably priced event that allowed you to do your own decorations and hire your on caterer. We highly recommend Gala Events Facility and will definitely use the facility again.

The Gala Events Facility was the perfect choice for our Holiday Party. It is conveniently located in East Cobb but also tucked away and provides and intimate gathering spot. Kathi provided impeccable service and made an unforgettable event for our employees. Kathi really helped us with her decorating skills to provide the theme we wanted for our party throughout the whole planning process. And on the night of, there was a glitch due to an outside caterer, and Kathi and her daughter we quick to remedy the issue.

We had an office party planned at Gala events facility. It was an amazing party. Our employees & their family loved it. Gala Staff is friendly and very cooperative. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space Overall it was an excellent experience!!

This is an awesome facility! It is the perfect location for a small wedding( we had about 90 guests). Its great to be able to have the ceremony and reception all in one place. Kathi, my planner was great to work with. She was responsive, caring and most of all knowledgeable. Because of her, our day ran smoothly and on time( despite a little rain).
My Halloween party was a success i had tons of fun. The staff was amazing very kind people willing to help me with setting up and closing and cleaning such a support team.

Gala Special Events Facility is an intimate, beautiful site in Marietta, GA. Kathy Bland, the manager on site is extremely helpful and professional and gave us support when needed. We chose this site because it was intimate, elegant and had outdoor and indoor facilities that fit us exceptionally well. It also comes with on site event coordination which made our wedding day flow so smoothly. Everything went as planned and we and our guests were more than well pleased. It was a beautifully elegant affair. We can only say the best things about Gala and Kathy Bland, the manager. We highly recommend them.
