 4/10/2008 | | "Amazing Catering", goam1980 from San Diego, California | Hallie and Bethany, Let me start by saying that last saturday night was one of the best nights of my life! I wouldn't have changed anything. The food was perfect to say the least. I think the S&G was the biggest hits and everyone was so impressed. I myself loved the stuffed peppers. They litterally popped with flavor. The hush puppy station was fun and creative. Once the salad portion was ready the girls did a great job getting all the salads served at the same time. Emily did a great job organizing all of that! The rest of the evening seemed to flow perfectly. The buffet set up was great and everyone got around it perfectly. The food was beautiful and had great flavor. Nothing was "too" anything! My parents are self proclaimed foodies and they had not one complaint! My mom often says that food is too salty, and she never once said anything about the amount of salt (which is not often!)! The chicken was crunchy, the crab cakes were stuffed with real crab, the mac and cheese was creamy and crunchy at the same time and the veggies were cooked perfectly.Once dinner was done the girls were so quick to clear the tables and prepare the champgne for the toast. The cake service was prompt and the girls did a great job displaying all the desserts.
I can not even begin to thank you for making that night such a special night for Brian and I. It was casual yet elegant. It was elegant without being yuppy and uptight. The food was gormet without being snobby. The food was also fun and flirty. The service was professional yet sweet and relatable, not just your average servers. I hope everything goes well for you and it was so nice to meet you both! Take care and God bless!!
