The jewel of the courthouse is our 2832 square foot ballroom which features a large permanent wooden dance floor, richly stained crown molding, hardwood paneling, plantation shutters, arched windows, 24 foot ceilings and vintage chandeliers. Originally the courtroom for the courthouse, it is now an elegant event room. Cozy nooks and seating throughout the courthouse are great for nervous grooms or the anxious father of the bride. An intimate parlor located just off the foyer to the courtroom makes an excellent bridal party “green room”, while meeting rooms on the main level are perfectly suited as dressing rooms for the groom and his entourage. The prep kitchen can be used by the caterer of your choice, and includes double deep sink, side by side refrigerator, ice maker, microwave and ample counter space. The elevator is located close to the prep kitchen and the back hall, which makes load-in for the florist, bakery, DJ and the caterer easy.
Rental includes Courtroom, Foyer, and Grand Jury Room. Courtroom Exclusive Rental rates also include three downstairs meetings rooms. Visit *NOT DISPLAYED* for rates and more information. Requires 2-hour minimum rental.
