JavaVino is a small, independent, family-owned coffee and wine house, opened in 2004 by Heddy Kühl and Steve Franklin, a husband & wife team.
We have two meeting spaces. Our Wine Lounge (1000 sq ft plus outdoor patio) is a perfect, intimate spot for a private party. Engagement, bridal and birthday parties have been especially popular and successful in our space.
The Wine Lounge accommodates up to 50 people. The rates are $50/hour Mon-Thu, $75/hour Fri-Sat, or a $250 food and drink order gets you four hours of room use.
Restrictions: There is a 20% gratuity and an 8% tax added to all parties, as well as a $25.00 non-refundable deposit. Additionally there is a 7 day cancellation notice, $50 outside food fee, $50 cash bar setup fee. Allow at least 5 days prior to party to prep.
Our Wine Cellar is a smaller space, perfect for small meetings such as book clubs, knitting clubs, neighborhood meetings and small private parties like baby & bridal showers or corporate meetings. The Wine Cellar accommodates up to 20 people and is
$25 for two hours.
Your party may either consume $25 worth of product from our cafe menu or just pay $25. The $25 holds your room for 2 hours, after the 2 hour period the Wine Cellar may be rented out at an additional $25 an hour. If your event has special needs just talk to us and we'll accommodate you.
Restrictions: No outside food or drinks permitted, 7 day cancellation notice requested, credit card required to reserve space.
