1.Absolutely no alcoholic beverages in the park.
2.No smoking inside the pavilions.
3.No musical instruments, public address systems or amplified sound systems allowed.
4.Rental of a pavilion does not allow a group to hold a special event, festival, fundraiser, etc. without proper approval of the Director.
5.No vehicles are allowed inside the park. Rental of the pavilion does not allow you to drive into the park to
set up and/or drop off materials at the pavilions
6.Users are required to clean the pavilion after use. Trash shall be put in trash bags and placed in trashcans. The morning after use of the pavilion, the premises will be inspected by the city.
7.No additional grills may be brought into the park.
8.Cauble Park is a public park and is public property. Rental of the pavilions does not include exclusive
rights to the entire park.
9.In the event of rain, no rental fees will be refunded. You may reschedule your rental date to another available day. Call the Parks and Recreation office within 90 days of the rental date to reschedule.
10.Users are not allowed to bring in inflatables, dunk tanks, and/or etc.
11.The city is not responsible for items left in the pavilions.
12.The user must not enter the pavilion before 7:00 a.m. and must exit by 11:00 p.m.
13.Rental of a pavilion allows for _x__ parking spaces. For every car over this amount, the parking fee must
be paid. Rental of a pavilion does not guarantee parking spaces adjacent to the rented pavilion. Renter and party must inform the gate attendant of which pavilion they are with.
14.Deposits will be refunded provided that all rules are followed. You may cancel up to 30 days prior to scheduled date without penalty. Failure to do so after 30 days will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Deposits will be refunded by check within three to four weeks by mail.
