The house and gardens are colonial in style giving it a timeless setting. The house boasts an entrance hall with a grand staircase, a reception room, garden room, and sitting room complete with beverage bar. Also available is an upstairs bride's room. The garden area is large enough for one or more tents and has a pergola for entertainment. Twenty-Eight Twelve offers a country atmosphere but is centrally located for accessibility.
