Great place for corporate meetings and off-sites - An Eventective User from Tampa, Florida

My business unit often has the need to hold meetings. Our meetings tend to be large, quite involved and usually run all day, sometimes even multiple days. We can't book conference rooms in our building for very long and also, we don't have all the amenities we need particularly when we have outside business partners at the meeting. We, therefore, starting scouting for different meeting venues in the Sabal Park area of Tampa. All of them came up short in terms of space, nearby eating places and most importantly, overall value. The Crowne Plaza was the only place that had different layouts that we could use depending on the number of meeting participants and types of activities we had going on for that particular meeting. I personally like the short drive from work and also, the staff at the Crowne Plaza has always been very accommodating to our needs, even when our last-minute requests would be considered by most places to be unreasonable. The meeting rooms are all very close to the hotel's restaurant, small bar and lobby areas. The Crowne Plaza is one of those greatly overlooked hotels in Tampa (very close to Brandon, I-75 and I-4) and therefore, it's a great place to meet without being overwhelmed by tons of tourists or traffic. I've recommended this venue to many colleagues and they too, have loved the experience at the Crowne Plaza. I would highly recommend this venue for your next conference or business meeting. The staff is excellent, facilities are clean and new, and finally the pricing is very reasonable compared to other hotel or meeting venues in Tampa.
