 4/18/2008 | | "Wedding Day Ruined", orlandoeventgirl from Orlando, Florida | A Sensory Sound was brought into our establishment by a bride and groom that were having their wedding her in March 2008, specifically for DJ services. DO NOT HIRE THEM! The DJ they sent ended up being a complete train wreck, and I'm not exaggerating. It got so bad that our Director of Catering got on the phone to bring in another DJ to save the day, as the bride and groom, were in tears! Before it came to this, the DJ told our banquet captain that he only had one of the three songs they were using for their first dance, mother/son & father/daughter dance. The reason was because he didn't have the songs and didn't see the point of buying an entire album just for one song. But he had replaced them with songs he liked. The other thing that gave it away that he had no clue was that when confirming schedule of events, (announcements, toast, dance, dinner times) he said again to our banquet captain that he didn't know "why I always get stuck doing the announcements at these things".
The bride & groom are now having a difficult time getting their money back from the company. I would suggest just googling their name and looking at what comes up on the first page, before booking any of this company's services. |
