Seville Quarter began in August 1967 as the dream of Bob Snow, a Minnesota native, who was a virtuoso trumpet player, Dixieland band leader, naturally gifted designer, builder and energetic entrepreneur. Snow fell in love with Pensacola while in Navy Flight training. Starting with $1,100, his horn and his heart, he built Rosie O'Grady's, then Lili Marlene's and over several years the other beautiful distinctive rooms which became Pensacola's premier entertainment and dining complex, Seville Quarter.Willmer Mitchell, the present owner, was Bob Snow's lawyer before Rosie's opened in 1967. He participated with Snow in Seville Quarter over the years and now, his six children are dedicated to carrying on the tradition Bob Snow started.Seville Quarter has 7 rooms offering music for all kinds of dancing & top quality drinks.Has two beautiful courtyards . Caters private parties from 20 to 2,000 . Specializes in wedding receptions, Christmas parties & company parties .Fine quality products served in a Friendly atmosphere with Fast service at a Fair price in a Family business.

Apple Annie's, the all so versatile room! Plan a Holiday parties, Business Functions, Rehearsal Dinner , Birthday or Anniversary Parties, Special Luncheon or a Wedding and Reception. Enjoy the ambience of the room and the convince of the beautiful courtyard with a magnificent fountain, all a backdrop for pictures and memories lasting for a lifetime.The arched doorway leads to Apple Annie's Courtyard, famous for its enticing selection of frozen drinks and daiquiris in beautiful souvenir glasses. The stone eagle above the fountain came from the Chicago Benevolent Order of the Eagles Building. The great trusses are from the old Casino which once stood on Pensacola Beach, having been built after the turn of the century by the Dupont family.The chandeliers are from New Orleans and the huge glass doors leading to the Fountain Courtyard formerly graced the old Ursuline Convent in New Orleans. Weddings and receptions are very popular in these courtyard areas.
