Holiday Inn Castle is a Fairytale Wedding Venue - An Eventective User from Ocala, Florida

My husband and I held our wedding at the Holiday Inn Castle Hotel on International Drive in Orlando Florida. It is located close to the Orlando theme parks, especially close to Universal Orlando. We had a summer wedding in July of 2011. Upon our first visit to the hotel we were very impressed with the fun atmosphere, as well as the professionalism of the staff. The wedding packages were inclusive and but also adjustable based on our budget. We decided to use the hotel for our ceremony and reception because it was a beautiful location that fit into our budget. It was the first and best decision we made. The hotel provides you with an event planner that takes care of all the details. Just about everything for the reception was included in the price of the catering so our event planner took care of ordering everything for us; we just had to choose what we wanted. This included all of the tables, chairs, linens, table covers, plates and silverware, and flower centerpieces. We were able to pick the food we wanted on the buffet and taste it in advance. Then on the day of the wedding all of the details were taken care of for us. All of our family and friends were impressed by the hotel and the food. They dined on roast beef, blackened mahi mahi, and chicken cordon-bleu. The buffet was impressive, set up with the food, salads, and sides. There was more than enough good food to eat and many guests were able to go back for seconds. We have the most wonderful memories of our special day especially because of the Holiday Inn Castle hotel.
