 9/6/2007 | | "HUMILIATED BY LIMO ORLANDO", anel107 from Dallas, Texas | | I hired Limo Orlando to arrange a Limosine shuttle service between a conference facility and a restaurant five miles away. I explained what I needed to the person answering the phones, she told me it wouldn't be a problem. I called on the day of the event to go back over the expectations I had for a continuous shuttle service between the conference facility and the restaurant every 20 minutes. When my CEO arrived and met the driver, he reiterated the instructions. The driver made two runs between the conference location and the restaurant and then went and got himself something to eat and parked outside the restaurant for 2 hours while we had people back at the conference center waiting for transportation. Not just people, PROSPECTIVE customers. I am SO disapointed and so embarrassed... Save yourself the trouble and heart ache - DON'T USE LIMO ORLANDO! |
