 8/8/2011 | | "Use the Luxurious Biltmore Hotel In Miami for you Next Corporate Meeting", An Eventective User from Newtown Square, PA | | We had many hotel choices in Miami to choose from for our annual Property Manager reunion. After checking out most options, we settled for the Biltmore. Right off the bat we had our own personal event planner assigned to us. Candice has planned more than 100 corporate events and we felt very comfortable working with her. Candice and the Biltmore event team designed our event with style. Our corporate meeting required not only accommodating 150 managers from all over the country for three days, but also required an adequate meeting space and meal services. We toured the hotel and found that there was no lack of space. We were given the option of using the pricy Danielson Gallery, a medieval-inspired lounge with open mezzanine, or the Country Club Ballroom which had an open outdoor patio. We choose the ballroom. Like most event hotels in Miami, the Biltmore provided all material necessary for our corporate meting. Overhead projectors, comfortable chairs, tables, microphones and even chilled bottled water were included in the basic package. There also was no extra fee to bring in our own outside supplies. We doubled up the mangers in the hotel's luxurious rooms that provided a mini bar and free internet. Our event package included breakfast on the patio, lunch in the dining room and a gala dinner with a specialized menu approved by us for the last meeting day. Cooks accommodated our menu food restrictions. During off time our managers had the option to enjoy the hotel's amenities, from their spa, fitness center , swimming pool and prestigious golf course, our managers always has many options once the meeting day was over. Finally, the Biltmore arranged shuttle service both to and from the airport. Our executive staff was also treated to a courtesy limousine that pleased the President of the company. We were very pleased in the end to have chosen this well priced luxury hotel and we recommend the Biltmore to any corporation that would want to impress their management staff. |
