CANCELLATION POLICIES
Date Changes. Should, for any reason, the date of the Event change, best effort will be made by AAA EVENTS GROUP to accommodate the new date. The Client(s) agree that in the event of an Event change by Client(s), any expenses including but not limited to deposits and fees that are non-refundable and non-transferable are the sole responsibility of the Client(s), including additional charges. The Client(s) understand that the last minute services changes can impact the quality of the Event and that AAA EVENTS GROUP is not responsible for any compromises in quality owing to such changes. Finally, should the Event not take place due to a date change by the Client(s), Client(s) will be responsible for cancellation policies mentioned bellow.
Cancellations. In the event of an Event cancellation caused by the Client(s), all payments made hereunder to AAA EVENTS GROUP are non-refundable to Client(s) and all outstanding payments due to vendors are the responsibility of Client(s) and maybe due based upon the cancellation policies of the vendors, except that should the Event be cancelled by any cause other than an Act of God (i.e. natural disaster, death in the family or sudden injury or illness), up to thirty (30) days prior to the Event, the Client(s) do not owe the balance due to AAA EVENTS GROUP. However the Client(s) will owe any costs to vendors due to cancellation. Should the Events be cancelled by any cause other than Act of God (i.e. natural disaster, death in the family or sudden injury or illness), after thirty (30) days prior to the Event, Clients owe seventy five (75) % of the remaining balance to AAA EVENTS GROUP and any other costs to vendors based on vendor individual cancellation policies.

For this occasion, our professionals have created a unique and complete reception package. This has not only been designed for each succeeding course to complement each other but to also assist you with all the important details that will ensure this memorable occasion.
This package includes the following: - Upon arrival, your guests will be offered butler passed wines and non-alcohol beverages for up to one hour plus a fully hosted superior bar. - Butler passed and stationed Hors D'oeuvres will be offered up to one hour. - Your selection of appetizer, starter and dinner entrée. - A champagne toast celebration. - An outstanding selection of wines to complement your dinner. - An artfully designed wedding cake with an allowance of up to $5.25 per guest. - Choice of complimentary white or color-coordinated tablecloth overlays to enhance your reception color theme. - Your beautifully appointed room will also include mirrored centerpieces with votive candles, your choice of napkin folds, a dance floor and audio visual package to include podium, two wireless microphones plus stages for the entertainment and head table if required.
Our planner will also assist you with our recommendations for florists, entertainment, lighting, audio-visual upgrades and lodging arrangements.

 4/30/2012 | | "Perfect Management", An Eventective User from Pembroke Pines | We were invited to a corporate event organized by them, the event was fantastic and my husband and me decided to hire them for our Baby Shower, the AAA staff provided us with everything we need: chairs and tables, caterer, animation, DJ, venue, in our case was a private pool with a fabulous outdoor area, a memorable event...it couldn't be better, simply ...
