Our portfolio of services includes fine cuisine, bar service, event staffing, consulting, security, management and design services. All services are available individually or as a whole.
Unlike most other companies that subcontract services, we provide all primary services "in-house". This ensures that you are getting value for your dollar and not paying for "layers of profit".

Are you ultra-organized? If you are a bride who enjoys doing her own research and planning, or if the planning is almost completed, or you may be feeling overwhelmed and need somebody to pull it all together. Please consider A Day of "I Do" coordinator to coordinate the rehearsal and wedding day with our Day of "I Do" package. We will attend to all of the behind-the-scenes details and handle any unforeseen emergencies. If you choose the Day of "I Do" package, Magical Plan-It will:
- Wedding consultant will attend rehearsal for up to 2 hours
- Direct rehearsal flow, advice, coordinate and suggest ceremony details
- Discuss who will be responsible for ceremony duties
- Wedding planner and assistant will arrive 2 hours prior to wedding start time
- Distribute any remaining payments or gratuities to vendors as needed
- Handle any discrepancies, last minute details, bridal party issues or tardy vendors as needed
- Ensure décor and timeline is followed and according to plan
- Set-up items: toasting glasses, cake cutter, guest book, place cards, photos, etc.
- Distribute flowers/bouquets and oversee all other floral placements
- Transport items from ceremony to reception (size limits apply)
- Direct wedding ceremony and reception
- Bustle bridal gown for reception
- Direct cueing of bride and groom entrance, first dance, cake cutting and toast
- Direct and plan bride and groom exit
- Box up all remaining cake, prepare to go meal if needed, and distribute favors to guests.
- Help load gifts, personal items and keepsake items into designated vehicles and to assigned persons

| Full Candy bar with 10 choices of Candy and favor boxes/Bags. We can mimic your theme with colors or just something that is relevant to the special someone or couple. All Jars, Scoops, and even LED uplighting under the jars are included... with the candy as well. |
Terms and Conditions
The services provided would be in accordance with our published list of services that you have chosen. Magical Plan-It Events wants your special day to go off without a hitch and we will work diligently to ensure a flawless occasion. If however certain events beyond our control should prevent us from meeting our high standards, Magical Plan-It Events is to be held blameless. We will nevertheless do everything in our power to rectify the situation that is outside our normal control.
Cancellation Policy:
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to Magical Plan-It Events.
Cancellation made prior to 60 days of the event will receive a refund of any monies paid after the initial deposit. The initial deposit is not refundable.
Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the event day will forfeit the full payment.
