 9/3/2008 | | "Total Disappointment!", An Eventective User from Saint Augustine, Florida | | My husband I are completely disappointed with First Coast Brides. This company is unorganized and unprofessional. We did not receive our video until thirteen months after our wedding and this was after we wrote a letter threatening to sue. When we finally received the video we were displeased to find that our video did not contain important elements in our package. Our package was expensive and we expected to receive a quality video that documented one of the most important days of our lives. I advise anyone that is looking for a videographer to stay clear of First Coast Brides. |
