Independent Contracts Agreement:
It is understood and agreed between the parties that this Agreement does not create an employer/employee relationship, and that Staged Right Events, Inc. at all times shall be deemed and independent contractor. Client shall not withhold from Consultant's compensation any amounts of Social Security or federal or state income taxes. Staged Right Events, Inc. assumes full responsibility and legal liability for the reporting and payment of all applicable taxes on payments made under this Agreement. It is understood further that no additional benefits of employment such as insurance or retirement benefits shall be paid to Staged Right Events, Inc. under this Agreement.
Labor:
Labor is estimated and could change if client decides to enlarge the guest list. A final invoice for labor charges on changes will be reviewed with client prior to labor being agreed upon.
Impossibility:
The performance of this Agreement is subject to termination without liability upon the occurrence of any circumstance beyond the control of either party – such as acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes (except those involving the employees or agents of the party seeking the protection of this clause), civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilities – to the extent that such circumstance makes it illegal or impossible to provide services. The ability to terminate this Agreement without liability pursuant to this paragraph is conditioned upon delivery of written notice to the other party setting forth the basis for such termination as soon as reasonably practical – but in no event longer that ten (10) days – after learning of such basis.

Deposit requirements
A non-refundable deposit of 50% deposit is due with signing of contract. Full payment required 7-business days prior to event date.

• Research and locate the appropriate venue type based on initial consultation.
• Provide research results (websites) to client for review.
• Prepare 1 “vision board” based on theme and colors provided.
• 1-day (8 hours) of site visits after client chooses which locations to visit (up to 4 venues with lunch included).
• Should the travel period be more than 150 miles one-way and overnight stay may be required (the cost will be added to the package).
• Negotiate Contract.

50% deposit required. If a planning package is chosen by the client the $750.00 will be a credit to the package.

Each registration package is priced based on clients needs, usually between $5.00 and $25.00 per person. The terms will be discussed during the initial consultation.
