This package includes: - Event specs and layout design - Set up and breakdown (linen, floral, etc if any) - Up to 5- 120” round white or ivory table linens - Up to 5 small centerpieces - Guest registry - Up to 3 professional Planners onsite for event - Supervise deliveries of all vendors - Provide event day checklist - Provide attendees name cards/badges
This Small Meeting package is designed for up of 50 attendees or less. Should your event require accommodations for more attendees, please contact us directly for a quote.

Cancellation Policies: If the Event/Wedding is cancelled or the Client terminates the services of the Planner arrangements provided for under this contract at any time after payment of the initial non-refundable retainer, the Client shall not be liable for the remaining balance of the total Fee due to the Planner. Upon receipt of fees, they are considered earned and are non-refundable. If the Event/Wedding is cancelled or the services for Planner made under this Agreement are terminated, it is the sole responsibility of the Client to notify the Dreams Boutique Inc. by Certified mail at: 8998 Lorton Station Blvd•Suite D • Lorton •VA•22079. It is the responsibility of the Client to notify the Consultant and/or Vendors/Decor Designer at which time the Consultant will notify all vendors and participants that the event will not occur. Should the Client decide at a later date to reschedule the event, a new contract will be construed and new deposit & fees will be due.
Postponement Policies: If the Client postponed the Event/Wedding and the services of the Consultant and/or Vendors/Décor Designer arrangements provided for under this contract at any time after payment of the initial retainer, the Client shall be liable for a postponed/transfer fee of 25% of the total Fee due to the Consultant and/or Vendors/Décor Designer. The Postponed/Transfer fee is a separate, non-refundable payment that is due upon notification that the event will be postponed/transferred or that the Consultant and/or Vendors/Décor Designer arrangements provided for, under this Agreement will be postponed/transferred and it is agreed that this shall constitute liquidated damages.
Legal Intercession & Fees: Should the Consultant need to seek legal counsel and/or institute legal action against the Client due to non-payment or any other reason, it is agreed that the Client will pay all legal & court costs incurred by the Consultant.
If due to a legal decision, the Client is the prevailing party, any monetary or punitive award is hereby limited to any fees charged and received by the Consultant.
It is hereby agreed that this is an “at-will” agreement and may be terminated at any time by either the Client or the Consultant for such reasons as, but not solely limited to: dissatisfaction, inability to maintain a civil Client/Consultant relationship, personality differences, etc. The liability is then limited to those funds already paid and received.
