We are excited to offer you and your guests the absolute best view of Rehoboth Bay with over 18,000 sq. ft. of flexible indoor and outdoor space. Our complex includes the Hyatt Place Dewey Beach, Lighthouse Cove Event Center, the Residences at the Lighthouse Cove (Luxurious upscale Condos) and the Lighthouse Restaurant, home of the famous Taco Toss. Lighthouse Cove boasts 73 privately owned luxury condominiums as well as Hyatt Place Hotel with 140 guest rooms and luxury suites plus 10 hotel condos open for extended stay for any guests needing overnight arrangements for your event.
