| The perfect ceremony add on package, this package includes music as guests arrive, Music of your choice for escorting of VIP’s, Prelude, Processional, Special rituals, Recessional and departing of guests. |
The Client shall ensure that: (1) performance facility provides DJ with a sturdy covered table approximately 2 X 4 feet in an area within 25 feet of performance area; (2) Table shall be within 25 feet of a reliable 15-amphere circuit (3-prong grounded) for audio and/or a reliable 20-amphere circuit (3-prong grounded) for lighting effects; (3) facility is open at least one hour prior to scheduled start time; (4) facility meets all federal and state safety regulations and has all appropriate music licenses and performance permits where applicable; (5) reasonable steps will be taken to protect Leading Note Productions equipment, personnel, and music, and crowd control will be provided if warranted; (6) for outdoor performances, shelter is provided that completely covers and protects Leading Note Productions equipment from adverse weather conditions.
Client accepts full responsibility and is liable for any damages, injuries, or delays that occur as a result of failure to comply with these provisions. In the event of circumstances deemed by DJ to present a real or implied threat of injury or harm to DJ, equipment, or recordings, then DJ reserves the right to cease performance until such time as Client resolves the threatening situation. DJ further reserves the right to deny any guest access to recordings or equipment. In the unlikely event the DJ’s performance is delayed, liability is limited to providing Client with performance time equal to time lacking. DJ holds all appropriate insurances for its equipment and personnel.
