I have two homes that can hold up to 95 guests for a wedding and/or reception. Both houses are in Fenwick Island. You can see them at our website and the houses are the Indian House and the Sunset House.
I have a list of preferred vendors to assist you in planning your wedding.
Both locations can have both indoor and outdoor activity as they have large decks that can be tented and the Sunset House has a pool area which can be tented.

This luxurious private home can accommodate many overnight guests and up to 100 reception guests. the upper deck and the deck around the pool in the rear yard can be tented.
This is an ideal beach wedding venue.
It has a heated pool and a hot tub.
Surrounded by the clean, tranquil beaches of Fenwick Island, this sparkling new home offers great third-floor ocean views from enormous round tempered-glass windows and decks. Perfect for families with young children or groups of friends, the home features a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and four shower/tubs, two of which are in Jack-and-Jill (with shared toilet) bathrooms; a large playroom with one full-size futon and two single futons; a room with two sets of bunks; three master suites with king-size beds; and one junior master suite with a queen-size bed. You’ll also find a den with a queen-size sleeper sofa.
The house is perfect for your Fenwick Island home vacation rental for families with young children or groups of friends, wedding receptions and wedding ceremonies, and an ideal complement for a beach wedding. It is also ideal for large groups, three families, religious retreats, company retreats and family reunions. The front top deck and the pool deck can be tented for weddings and retreats.

| This luxurious home is located at 38 West Atlantic Street, Fenwick Island, Delaware.
This luxurious private home accommodates a large number of overnight guests and up to 100 reception guests.
Receptions are held in the top area in the home, on second-floor small deck and the large deck overlooking the bay and brilliant sunsets — a fabulous spot for a wedding reception. This deck is often tented as well as the rear of the property overlooking the bay.
Built in 2005 on the narrow barrier island of Fenwick, this sumptuous, multimillion-dollar home sits on the bay. Enjoy spectacular views of the bay from three sides of the house.
The house is perfect for your Fenwick Island event holding up to 90 guests. It is an ideal complement for a beach wedding. It is also ideal for large groups, three families, religious retreats, company retreats and family reunions.
If you are staying overnight, the house boasts three master suites — one contains a soaking tub and a large walk-in shower with two showerheads. Another bedroom includes a single and a queen; one bedroom has two sets of bunks; and the den offers one queen-size sleeper sofa and one regular sofa. Adjacent to the pool, the den also features a wet bar.
If you plan to stay overnight, bring your own boat or paddle off from the private dock in one of our 3 kayaks.
