Our unique floor plan offers many opportunities for guests to wander from room to room while enjoying our warm, comfortable atmosphere. You can have your ceremony outside in our lovely grape arbor or on our covered veranda. Take advantage of our many photo op locations while your guests enjoy cocktail hour on our sweeping veranda then move inside for the reception in our lovingly restored home. Maximum Capacity: • Up to 120 for inside sit down dinner or buffet. • Up to 150 for inside cocktail style reception or outside tented reception (tent and rentals not provided) Included in your rental: • Tables and chairs to seat up to 120, for inside use only. • Access to the entire first floor including; conservatory, drawing room, library, living room, dining room, grand foyer, and covered veranda. • Bride and Groom rooms for getting ready before the ceremony. • Mansion grounds including; grape arbor, gazebo, conservatory and tennis court lawns, flower gardens and more. • Parking Supervisor – 4 hours included in the rental Not included in your rental: • Linens, dinnerware or glassware - coordinated through your approved caterer • Caterer - must be selected from our approved caterer's list • Set up/break down and cleanup - are user/caterer's responsibility and are considered part of your rental time, caterers generally require two hours for set up, and one hour for break down can clean up. • Host Liquor Liability Insurance - we do not provide liability insurance if you hare serving alcohol. • Online insurance resource; The Event Helper • Please note: when using an approved caterer you are ensuring that your event is "done in one", each of our caterers are exceptionally good at what they do. Off-Peak Rental Fees: • Friday, Saturday, Sunday - off-season (November 1 - April 30) $1,700 for 9 hours • Additional hours may be purchased at a rate of $175 an hour*. • Security deposit - $500 refundable *Additional hours may be purchased up to a week before your event. They can be added to your contracted 9-hour rental time either consecutive to the start of your rental time or at the end of your contracted time.
