"Great Family Wedding!", An Eventective User from Denver, Colorado
This was the ideal location for our Wedding! Our planning process began with a sense of being overwhelmed. After some time of getting to the heart and soul of what we wanted our wedding to represent, we knew we wanted the feeling of a home. We wanted family and friends to come in and feel comfortable, welcomed, and most importantly, loved! With the open kitchen space, the couches, the fireplace, and the beautiful lighting, our special day was full of love, joy, laughter, and an overall sense of family. Thank you Todd! Your venue helped to make our day the best!

"Great Wedding/Event Venue", An Eventective User from Colorado
Wash Park Studio was the perfect setting for our intimate 75 person wedding reception! The space is beautiful with exposed brick, wood floors, sound system, lighting and floor-to-celings windows. There are also optional window covers, allowing more or less light in. There is a great space in the basement with barstools and a shuffleboard.Todd is great to work with and is very accomodating. He has a great list of preferred Caterers and will coordinate with Butler Rents for all your rental needs. I highly reccomend Wash Park Studio!

"Great Loft-Like Wedding Reception Space!", An Eventective User
Todd's space is really wonderful for an intimate wedding. We had about 75 people and thought it was the perfect size. We used the space for the reception area only, but fit about 8 - 6 ft tables, 5 tall cocktail tables, a DJ and his equipment and even had some room for a small dance floor. The studio is bright and open with a modern loft feel, we loved everything about the space and Todd was wonderful to work with. He was responsive leading up to our event and he was at the studio the whole night to make sure things went smoothly. What we really appreciated was that we could provide our own liquor and catering, which saved us a lot of money. I would definitely recommend Wash Park Studio to anyone looking to throw an event or wedding.

"Best Day Ever!", An Eventective User from Aurora

We were looking for a different & unique type of venue to have our wedding and reception at. The moment we entered Wash Park Studio we knew this was the place. It is situated in a great neighborhood, close to light rail and had everything we were looking for. The loft like atmosphere, the open kitchen area for our bar set-up, 2 unique bathrooms for our guests, a great sound system and newly finished downstairs area with shuffleboard table was perfect for our needs. The owner, Todd, was professional, friendly and responsive to all of our needs and wants. He even arranged an area for our bridal party to dress and assemble before the ceremony! Wash Park Studio was perfect for our Wedding & Reception held there on Sept.8. Thanks, Doug & Ashley

"Second best reason to get married!", An Eventective User from Lone Tree
What a great space! We had a reception for our wedding here. We could not have picked a better place. It was exactly what we needed. It was open and airy. We had 70 – 80 guests and could had more comfortably. Close to I-25, nestled in a funky neighborhood within striking distance of restaurants and nightlife for those who wanted to extend their evening. Close to the light rail that ferried out of town guests from/to the hotel we selected. His preferred caters were great, as were the furniture rental folks. . We loved having to option of providing our own alcohol. When we showed up, he had a mix playing on his sound system. We never got around to putting in our own.
Todd is a pleasure to do business with. He has a way of making a potentially stressful situation STRESSLESS. His prices and terms are more than fair; his vendors are professional and reasonably priced. I will have no reservations using Wash Park Studio again, or suggesting him to friends and family.

Thanks Todd, what an amazing experience,
Allen & Jacki
