The exhibit level offers 584,000 square feet of contiguous space that can be divided into six individual halls; it also provides outdoor terraces accenting extraordinary views of the Rocky Mountains and Denver skyline. There are 63 meeting rooms, totaling 100,000 square feet, all on one level. A total of 85,000 square feet of hotel quality ballroom space is also available. A highlight of the convention center is the 5,000 seat theatre, known as the Lecture Hall. Another highlight of the facility is the new Light Rail Train Station located under the attached 1,000 space parking garage. The Colorado Convention Center is located within easy walking distance of over 7,000 hotel rooms, and it is also within safe walking distance of 300 restaurants, nine theatres of the Denver Performing Arts Complex and a wide variety of shopping opportunities.
