Winchester Mystery House has several event spaces that can accommodate guests between 30 to 300 guests. These spaces can be used for social gatherings (birthdays, anniversaries, bridal showers, etc) or corporate gatherings (meetings, seminars, conferences, etc). 1. Facility Rental
Winchester Mystery House shall make the pronounced room/space available for rent. Upon execution of the agreement and payment of the required deposit, the room listed at the Winchester Mystery House shall be reserved for the Renter(s) on the Date as indicated during the time listed at a rate as charged. The Winchester Mystery House reserves the right to increase or decrease rental and group tour costs annually, and does not guarantee rates until the a signed contract and deposit is collected.
2. Deposits- Booking deposits are required to confirm your event date and must be sent back with this signed agreement within 7 days of the date contract was generated.
a. Booking Deposit is 25% of the final facility fee.
3. Final Payment- It is understood that the renters shall pay the full rental amount (remaining balance), 10 business days prior to the scheduled event date. After 60 days, all monies/deposits paid become NONREFUNDABLE after 60 days prior to the scheduled event date.
4. Event Cancellations- Should you choose to cancel your event, any monies/deposits paid are REFUNDABLE up to 60 days prior to the scheduled event date. After 60 days, any monies/deposits paid become NONREFUNDABLE.

Winchester Estate Weddings
For your big day, only the most beautiful backdrop will do. The Winchester Estate, a magnificent Queen Anne style Victorian mansion is an ideal location for brides looking for something completely unique. Your ceremony will take place in the Front Gardens with cocktails in the Greenhouse surrounded by a variety of greenery. Lunch or dinner can be served al fresco in the Front Gardens or in the Carriage House, with floor to ceiling original redwood and vintage, rustic charm.
Indoor facilities accommodate up 70 seated guests and up 100 reception style. Outdoors facilities can accommodate up to 200 seated guests.
Price varies depending on season, daytime and nighttime weddings.
Included with the venue price: 2 hour ceremony and 4 hour reception. Additional hours may be purchased.
Wedding rehearsal, onsite event coordinator, standard 108” round tables, 6 ft tables for banquets, cake table, apple wood folding chairs with pads, set up and clean up. Outdoor heaters, hedge walls, vintage furniture and lawn games can also can also be arranged for an additional fee.
