 3/7/2008 | | "Do Not Use Video Diamonds", An Eventective User from Rancho Santa Margarita, California | I talked to this vendor for months before the wedding. He was professional and friendly. However, I NEVER RECIEVED MY VIDEO!!! He is missing in action. I have emailed and called his line numerous times trying to contact him to get my wedding video from him and will not respond. Save your self the $$ and heartache and use someone else. Check the BBB San Diego. He already has another complaint not from me. This is just how he typically does service.
