Your Day, Your Way$700 Per Event
Day of package includes but NOT limited to: • Meet with couple any time prior to the wedding to cover step-by-step details • Unlimited e-mails and calls throughout planning process • Confirm vendors within a week prior to your event • Establish a “Wedding Day” time-line with couple & implement at reception • Collection of items prior to wedding to be brought & set up on wedding day such as: place cards, guest book, toasting glasses, cake server, programs, bubbles, favors, etc • Detailed wedding day itinerary to be given to Vendors • Coordinate all vendor set-ups at the ceremony and reception site to ensure your vision is implemented properly • Ensure wedding rings and marriage license are at hand • Oversee all details before the ceremony and reception including: Placement of the guest book, programs, altar items, place cards, decorations, favors, centerpieces, floral arrangements, etc. • Ensure all bouquets and boutonnieres are distributed • Distribute final payments and/or gratuities to musicians, officiant, etc. • Assist you and the family with any wedding day matters that may arise • Provide a bridal emergency kit • One assistant to assist with decor
Terms and Conditions
Payment: • 50% of the package price is due at time of booking, along with this Terms and Agreement form. When Your Vision Events Planning & Coordinating has received BOTH of these, your coordination booking will be confirmed and confirmation will be sent to the client. Remaining balance of package price is due the day before the event or at the Wedding Rehearsal. • We only accept cash, personal check (only 15 days prior to event), cashier check, and money order in US funds. Please make checks payable to Arlenna Releford of Your Vision Events. Cancellation policy: Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to Your Vision Events Planning & Coordinating. Cancellation made with-in 14 days of this agreement will receive a 50% refund of the deposit made. Cancellations made after 14 days of this agreement will forfeit the full deposit made.
Arlenna was so awesome! She was always available whenever we had questions and had such great ideas. We hired her for the day of services and she was a big help. She was always professional and had an assistant with her the day of the wedding who was always cheerful and extremely helpful. Our guests, wedding party, and vendors loved Arlenna and her assistant. They helped the flow of the wedding day go smoothly and Arlenna made sure everything was on point and the way we wanted it. We can't even begin to thank Arlenna enough. Future brides will not go wrong if you hire Arleena. She knows her stuff and she executes it very well. I (the bride) never had ANY doubts that she wasn't going to be able to help us have a beautiful wedding. =o)
