 4/15/2008 | | "Never Again!", An Eventective User from Antelope, California | | We used this company for the 2nd time in Nov 2007. The first experience was good -- the last was terrible. I will never use this company again. I was double billed for the service because the limo driver thought the first one didn't go through. I called Mix Master limo three times, faxed them my credit card statement showing the double billing, and each time was told someone would call me back. They never did and never even looked into the problem. I have never experienced such poor customer service. I finally had to write my credit card company and send them all the documentation. I had to cancel that credit card account and open a new one because of the credit card company's fraud policies. It is now April 2008 and I'm still trying to get the billing straightened out. What a nightmare! All of this because Mix Master couldn't take the time to investigate THEIR error and correct it. If you chose to use them, just pray they don't have a billing error -- you will spend months fixing THEIR error. |
