We are a Training Center in Rancho Cordova California right off highway 50 on Sunrise Blvd. We have great parking all the way around the building, easy access to restaurants in the neighborhood and many local restaurants who deliver for your event. We have four rooms we can rent from 600 SF (seats 10) to 1400 SF (seats 80 w/o tables, and 65 w/tables) We can also provide coffee and pastry for the morning meetings for an additional fee. We have high speed Wi-Fi, screen, projector, white board, tables and chairs for your event. We also for an extra charge can have a conference phone in the room. You can book for an hour or a couple weeks. Our space is great for weekly meetings, training events for your company to have off site, or seminars. We can help you arrange your out of town seminar and get most anything you need to make your event go off without a hitch.
