B Restaurant and Bar

In the Historic District of downtown, this venue overlooks Oakland’s original buildings of 1876, tree lined streets and brick covered sidewalks. B has an urban dining room yet warm, rustic feel with tables of resin and bar of copper. On the exterior, a bricked patio with outside dining wraps around the restaurant along the quaint historic streets of downtown. B Restaurant & Bar is available for private or semi-private events. This venue allows for a unique and impressive setting for special events such as rehearsal dinners, cocktail receptions, corporate events, staff parties, happy hours, wine tastings and convention lunches, brunches, and dinners. Our community table that seats 10-12 is also perfect for meetings or a chef’s tasting menu. B Restaurant & Bar can accommodate 150 people for standing receptions or cocktail parties on the interior and exterior, 100 people on the interior alone and 70 people for a seated meal. The restaurant is equipped with space for a 3-4 piece band as well as space for audio-visual presentations. The venue is available seven days a week for lunch, dinner, brunch or cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Minimum charges may apply depending on the day, time and number of guests.
