The Bazaar, and not just for dinner!!, An Eventective User from Los Angeles, CA

The Bazaar by Jose Andres at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills is truly a place to behold. Magical, playful, incredibly creative food and interior design, are all words to describe this unique restaurant and lounge. I recently held a business get together there in the bar - or Bar Centro as it is called -for 20 people. Both clients and employees attended, and we had a wonderful experience. As we scheduled our event for early evening at 6:30 p.m., we did not need to make special arrangements in regards to reservations. But, we did let them know we were coming a week prior to the event, and they suggested several menu and drink items, which we settled on prior to arriving. If we had decided to hold the event later in the evening, they recommend making reservations as the bar can get quite busy. It also helped that we held our event on a slower night, a Monday. The Bar Centro menu features many fun menu and drink options, which your guests will love. Especially the small plates which feature preparations with liquid nitrogen for which Chef Andres is known. This extends to the drinks as well, as we ordered both the Manhattans, which feature his famous ""liquid cherries,"" and the Margaritas, which feature ""salt air."" All in all, this may not be an obvious place for a business get together, but I couldn't recommend it more highly.
