Employee Going Away Party - An Eventective User from Palm Desert

My company had a going away party for one of our long-term employees that was moving. Heritage Palms was an amazing locale for our event. Raquel was our point person and provided excellent communication and suggestions. The food was stellar, as was the service. We had access to the banquet room early to add our decorations, and were provided with linens to match our decor. I highly recommend Heritage Palms and was thrilled with every aspect, including the affordability and quality.

Fabulous room, staff, and food - An Eventective User from DOLORES, CO

We recently celebrated my mom's 89th birthday and a family reunion at Heritage Palms. The ballroom was perfect for the Prime Rib Buffet dinner, appetizer table, dessert table, 55 people and the dance floor. The room could have handled many more. Raquel was a gem to work with. She led us through all the different things to consider ensuring a flawless outcome. The FOOD was scrumptious and plentiful. The staff was led by Sergio and they were extremely attentive and gracious during our stay from happy hour to the end of our dancing. Our amazing evening started with the choice to celebrate at the Heritage Palms!

We celebrated a 50th wedding anniversary here and wow, was I impressed!! The event coordinator is amazing to work with and so accommodating. The setup of the room was beautiful and elegant and the staff worked to make sure everything was just right. The food was delicious (did the prime rib and chicken marsala as entrees) and everything was just perfect! Everyone had so much fun and keeps talking about how beautiful the venue was. The pricing was also excellent compared to other venues I had looked at. Definitely give this place your business, they will not disappoint!!!

Wonderful Venue and Great Staff - An Eventective User

We held our season end sports banquet a the Heritage Palms. They did an awesome job and gave us a night to remember. The staff was so attentive and helpful. The food was delicious and they met all of our dietary restrictions. The room was decorated in our team colors and balloons. We received tons of compliments from our parents. Would book this venue again.
