I truely believe that they were the reason why my wedding went so well (and of course why the food was so tasty). I also believe that my wedding was just as, if not MORE important to them as it was to me! They take great pride in their work and they treat your wedding as if it is the most important thing in the world to them. From the early planning stages to the wedding day itself, we could not have been happier with A Chef's Affair. The food was wonderful and displayed beautifully on our tables. Your banquet leader and staff were fantastic in seeing that everything was carried out in a timely and courteous manner, and I cannot tell you how much my family and friends have commended you and your staff for this. Everyone loved the bartender too! I think it is important for me to reiterate that you and your staff took care of everything. At the end of the evening I was grateful to find all the leftover food put in boxes and neatly stacked in the kitchen. Not too mention all of our dishes/flatware clean, organized & ready for pickup! Your staff was very helpful, friendly, just great people to work with! They made our special day truly special, even going above and beyond any expectations. Example: it was brought to my attention that we'd run out of cranberry juice. (Apparently we're big cran/vodka drinkers!) Before I could make a decision whether to get more, someone from your staff went out & bought some. Wow, now that is service! Having A Chef's Affair for our event allowed me to relax & enjoy this event, which as the Mother of the Bride, I am so Thankful. We would hire you & your staff again in a heartbeat.
