When we were engaged, my fiancee and I were sure of one thing we wanted an outdoor wedding. As we explored various options, we encountered a number of unforeseen challenges. Many outdoor venues lacked electricity, restrooms, bride and groom facilities, and tables and chairs. The Felton Guild was the perfect solution. It includes a beautiful redwood grove, which we used for both our wedding ceremony and our dance area, as well as an open meadow, where we held our reception. The best part? It had all the amenities we were looking for: electricity, restrooms for guests, facilities for the bride and groom, chairs for the ceremony, and furniture for the reception. The area was beautiful and the site was perfect. Whenever we spoke with the owners, they were always accommodating and incredibly helpful. We were on a tight budget, and the cost was affordable and covered the entire day, so we didn't have to worry about rushing our guests out to accommodate the next scheduled wedding! Since we were able to have both the wedding ceremony and reception on-site, we didn't have to worry about providing complicated directions to our guests or planning transportation. We have beautiful photos, wonderful memories, and guests that still talk about our wedding location nearly five years later! The Felton Guild is an ideal location for outdoor weddings. If you are looking for a memorable outdoor wedding venue that can accommodate up to 250 people, with the convenience of everyday amenities, the Felton Guild is a natural choice.
