My Daughters Sweet sixteen was AMAZINGGGGGG.The service was exceptional;everyone in our party agreed that the friendly manor staff went out of their way to make my daughters day truly special.The reception took place in the MAJESTY BALLROOM,which impressed everyone with it's luxury grandness.The food served was among the best we have ever tasted. I would highly recommend Arbat to everyone desiring a classy and elegant location, plus their pricing was so flexible that matched my exact budget.
