This serene estate is comprised of 17 acres completely bordered by the Hot Springs National Park. Newly added to the estate is a 2,500 sf Pavilion/Event Hall. Just next to the pavilion is the old tennis lawn which is a beautiful 5,000 sf outdoor wedding venue. Included at the lawn is an elevated flagstone bridal terrace that can also be used as a stage.

The pavilion also has an additional 770sf outdoor patio that can be enclosed, if necessary, for additional indoor seating by renting a tent.
