By the Hour Pricing The Barn (for up to 150 people) - pricing is $250 per hour for the barn (with a 4 hour minimum) (price includes set up of tables and chairs is included in the barn and patio only) (price includes tables and chairs, and a plethora of rustic and vintage decor) (does not include event clean up) Farmhouse Chapel and Event Center (for up to 50 people) - pricing is $250 (with a 4 hour minimum) (table and chair set up is included) (price includes set up of tables and chairs) (does not include clean up a facility) Day Only and Weekend Rentals Day Use Only - $2,000 (10% discount applies for weekday weddings, does not include Friday or Saturday) The barn and the farmhouse chapel and event center are separate event locations at the ranch and both have Saturday only pricing of $2000 for 12 hours used (11 AM to 11 PM) Friday and Saturday Option - $4,000 Includes Friday and Saturday of either the Farmhouse Chapel / Event Center or the Big Barn. This investment includes use of the cottage for Friday night and Saturday until the ceremony time begins, as well as use of the grooms quarters in the bungalow (ready - fall 2020)
