The hotel is situated on both sides of a highway in Yuma and the rooms are not so quiet in the night.
Staff is friendly.
The hotel buildings appear to be a bit old, but clean.

Central location in Yuma. Front desk very nice, and helpful. Motel has library of 200+ DVD's you can borrow.
