PRICES LISTED ARE PER-PERSON & DO NOT INCLUDE TAX, GRATUITY, AND SERVICE FEES. MINIMUMS - A 20 guest minimum is required to receive group rates & reserved seating. F&B Packages must be selected. PAYMENT/DEPOSITS - A booking deposit of 20% is required to hold the event date, which is appliled to your final bill. Deposit is due at time of confirmation to hold your reservation and guarantee pricing and discount. This deposit and agreement may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to reservation date at which time your booking deposit will be refunded. If cancellation is less than 30 days, up until 48 hours prior to the event, deposits may be refunded with up to a $75 fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations with less than 48 hour notice. Final Headcount & Remaining Balance due 7 Days Prior to Event. FORMS OF PAYMENT - Payment must be made by Company Check (payable to Party Gators Inc.) or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover). A $30 fee will be applied to any returned checks. For Tax Exempt events a copy of the Tax Exempt Certificate is necessary. FAT TUESDAY REGULATIONS - In compliance with AZ State Liquor Law, events with alcoholic packages booked, or events booked any night after 8PM are to be 21+. No refunds will be made in the event that guests cannot provide proof of age. - Any/All Food Allergies MUST be shared with your Event Coordinator.
