Other booking notes:	Windmill Suites at Sun City West in Surprise is a beautiful southwestern style ‘resort’ hotel consisting of 127 true two-room suites that surround a large heated outdoor pool, whirlpool spa, and tropical courtyard. As you enter your 500 square foot suite, the living room welcomes you with its sleeper sofa that pulls out to a double bed, remote controlled television, coffee table and desk/work area. There is a small walk-in kitchen area in each suite that consists of a microwave, under-counter refrigerator, sink and breakfast bar. Through the double French doors in the living room is the bedroom with your choice of either one king size or two double size beds, and a second telephone. The separate bath area includes a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, two vanity sinks and a third telephone. We proudly offer several special amenities to our valued guests. A complimentary "Windmill Inn Good Morning" consisting of hot beverage, orange juice, muffin and newspaper is delivered to your suite each morning upon request. Available in our lobby are fresh baked cookies at check in, fresh fruit, and 24-hour hot beverage bar. For our guests' pleasure there is a laundry facility, valet dry cleaning services, complimentary bicycle use and no access charges for local, toll free, credit card and collect calls. We have an on-site fitness room with a treadmill and stationary bicycle. Our Arizona room offers 2,100 square feet of meeting/banquet room space that can be used as one large room or divided into two smaller rooms. Windmill Suites at Sun City West in Surprise also offers the finest and most flexible catering alternatives possible in our area allowing you to bring in the caterer of your choice.
