My husband recommended this vendor for my son's birthday party when he told that he wanted hot dogs for his birthday. He works in construction and Dave's Dogs is a common vendor outside at his site for lunch. Dave's Dogs sells all kinds of different dogs, like the famous Chicago Dog with everything but the kitchen sink on it and D'z Dog with a unique combination of sauerkraut and jalapenos. When I called them for my son's birthday event, he was very accommodating and eager for my business. He asked me the number of people attending the event and charge me a reasonable price per hotdog requested. He said that he'll offer all the hotdogs on his menu, including nachos, burritos and signature beverages if requested. On the day of the event, he arrived ahead of time to set up his lunch truck in my back yard. He had decorated the outside of his truck with pinatas and festive paper, and even created a birthday menu board, tastefully drawn with colored chalk. During the event, I didn't worry once about the food and Dave's Dogs didn't run out of supplies. Everyone enjoyed the hotdogs; everyone must have had about 3 dogs each. They were truly addicting because of the buttery buns; they complimented the hearty and saltiness of the beef Vienna hotdogs. And they made sure that people never ran out of toppings, and he brought the whole gambit (relish, onions, jalapenos, mustard, bacon, chili, cheese, etc.) I would definitely consider Dave's Dogs again for any event.
