Irish Cultural Center, Phoenix — The Irish Cultural Center grew out of a public-private partnership between the City of Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department; the Arizona Department of Transportation; a Sister City relationship with Ennis, Ireland; and the Irish Cultural and Learning Foundation, a local non-profit coalition of affiliated Irish and Celtic organizations. These groups have created a one-of-a-kind center of great cultural significance. The Center is located in Margaret Hance Park in downtown Phoenix. The Great Hall can accommodate up to 120 banquet style and the outdoor Courtyard can accommodate up to 300. It is adjacent to the Japanese Friendship Garden and next door to the Best Western Central Phoenix Inn. The Center can provide a beautiful setting for weddings, corporate events, meetings, or any gathering from 10 to 300. You and your guests will receive a friendly Irish welcome.
