In September of 2008, Hotel Highland at Biltmore will celebrate its complete renovation into a high style boutique hotel. Until our Grand Re-Opening, we welcome guests to stay with us and experience special upgraded amenities available during the renovation process. Our customer service is unsurpassed, and our “urban-desert” boutique hotel will welcome you to Phoenix’s Biltmore Area with remarkable local design and affordability. Resting at the foot of the Phoenix Mountains Preserve, at 2310 East Highland Avenue, the new design combines an urban flair, with the beauty of natural items from the desert. Throughout the hotel you will find stone, wood, leather, and decorative metals blending seamlessly together to give you a true urban-desert experience. Hotel Highland will proudly showcase artwork, original sculptures, and prints from local artists throughout the hotel. Many of these masterpieces will be available for purchase. The urban-desert design elements will stream beautifully into the 120 guestrooms. In-room refreshment centers will feature wines from local wineries, beers from area microbreweries, prickly-pear candies, sage-infused teas, and other organic snack items indigenous to the desert area. The Hotel Highland at Biltmore is only 15 minutes from Phoenix International Sky Harbor airport and in the center of the upscale Camelback corridor, at 2310 East Highland Avenue. Because of our desired location, you are within walking distance of some of the greatest restaurants and the most chic shopping that the Biltmore Area has to offer. Guests will only be a short drive from the Desert Botanical Garden, Arizona Science Center, The Orpheum Theatre, Chase Field, and a number of the most beautiful hiking trails in the country. Hotel Highland at Biltmore offers a variety of meeting spaces to suit your needs. We offer our Boardroom as the perfect small setting, able to seat 12. Our Oregon Room can be designed to seat 30 in banquet style or classroom seating, and 60 in theatre seating. The Phoenix Room is set to accommodate 72 in a classroom setting, or 110 in theatre seating. We can also provide refreshments including coffee, decaf, juices, sodas, and assorted fresh bakery items. Outside catering is welcomed at Hotel Highland, and our sales staff will work with you to find the perfect local caterer for your event. All of our meeting facilities are equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, audio visual equipment, as well as fax and copy services.
