General Catering and Event Information
An event would not be considered booked until contract has been signed and returned to Waldo's BBQ along with a deposit of 50% of the contract amount. Deposits are refundable with a 7 day cancellation.
Waldo's BBQ charges sales tax of 9.05%.
Waldo's BBQ offers volume discounts. Please speak with a catering specialist for guidelines and requirements.
Guest count is considered final 3 business days prior to event.
Events may be re-scheduled due to inclement weather within 30 days of your original date.
The contract price is based on the stated estimate of participants, and the stated contract price will be due and payable not withstanding actual participation.
For events outside the Valley, Waldo's BBQ charges $1.00 per mile round trip.
Tips for catering are never expected, but they are certainly appreciated!
Payment methods accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Checks, or Cash.

Full service events require an additional 18% service charge ($100 minimum service charge)
Full service events are alloted 2 hours for serving. Additional time can be negotiated. Setup is completed 15 mins prior to the contracted start time.
Going green? Eco-friendly plate and smallware option available for $0.50/person
Final payment method shall be arranged prior to your event date but will be due by the start of your event.
